It is located at Ellesmere Road, between Kennedy Road and Midland Avenue.〔(【引用サイトリンク】url=http://www.ttc.ca/Subway/Stations/Ellesmere/station.jsp#StationDescription_ )〕 Ellesmere is the least-used station on the entire TTC network. On average, only 1,850 passengers boarded trains here each day in 2006-2007 and only 1,678 in 2007-2008.〔http://www.toronto.ca/ttc/pdf/subway_ridership06_07.pdf〕 Part of the reason for this is that there are no bus bays or at least a direct connection to any bus stop at the station; passengers would have to walk to the nearest bus stop on Ellesmere Road. The future of the station is still in question, as many proposals have been made about either the extension of the Bloor–Danforth line or a light rail transit replacement for the Scarborough RT. If a subway is to be built, it would involve the elimination of this station, along with Midland and McCowan stations.〔(【引用サイトリンク】url=http://www.ttc.ca/About_the_TTC/Commission_reports_and_information/Commission_meetings/2006/Aug_30_2006/Other/Scarborough_Rt_Strat.pdf )〕 ==History== Ellesmere station opened in 1985, along with the rest of the Scarborough RT line. 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Ellesmere (TTC)」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
